What happens to your information

Z3 Athletic Performance Training is a sole personal-training practice run by Zay in Cape Coral, Florida. Questions about anything on this page go to z3athleticperformancetraining@gmail.com.

Before you text, the site offers a few optional taps — your goal, whether you are training now, your athlete's sport and age. Those answers are not submitted anywhere. They are assembled into the body of a text message that opens in your own messaging app, already addressed but not sent. Nothing leaves your phone until you press send, and if you close the page instead, the answers are gone.

There is no form on this site that posts to a server, and no cookie that records what you tapped.

Once you contact me, I have whatever you chose to send: your phone number or email address, and whatever you told me about your goals, training history, injuries or your athlete. I keep that so I can answer you and, if we start working together, write your program.

It lives in my phone and my email account. I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else for their own use. If you decide not to train with me and would like it deleted, ask and I will delete it.

Health details you share — an old shoulder, a bad knee, a medication — are kept for the same reason and under the same terms. I am a trainer, not a medical provider, so this is not medical record-keeping; it is what I need to program around.

Nothing on this site is directed at children, and I do not ask anyone under eighteen to contact me. Athlete inquiries should come from a parent or guardian, which is why the athlete page asks for the athlete's age and sport rather than any way to reach them directly.

Once we are working together I hold a minor athlete's training records — their numbers, their program, their injury history — with their parent's knowledge. A parent can ask to see or delete those at any time.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

This site links out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and to Nutre. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website under their privacy policy, not this one.

The Nutre link carries my referral code. If you order through it I earn a commission, at no extra cost to you — Nutre tells me that an order was placed under my code. They do not tell me what you ordered.

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask me to delete it. Email z3athleticperformancetraining@gmail.com and I will do it. There is no form to fill in and no fee.

You can also stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or simply by telling me to stop. I will.

If this policy changes — most likely when the meal plan or the email list goes live — the date at the top changes with it.
